Do E-Z UP® Instant Shelters® really set up in seconds?

They sure do, and without rushing! E-Z UP®'s patented scissor-action "X" trusses built into the frame do the work for you as you open and close your E-Z UP® Instant Shelter®. The top stays attached to the frame, so there aren't any loose parts or tools needed. Even our "Semi" Instant Shelter sets up in minutes with only 4 parts.

Can I use my E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® anywhere? What about outdoors?

E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® are free-standing shelters that need no guy wires. They'll stand securely on grass, dirt, or pavement without ropes or poles, making them perfect for any event. E-Z UP® Instant Shelters® have durable fabric that can be treated to resist fire, rot, mildew, water, and ultraviolet rays. And the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® is very portable, folding easily and compactly into its own carrying bag.

Special care should be taken during certain weather conditions, such as rain, snow, hail, sleet, high winds, and other environments where excess pressure is placed on the shelter. When it starts to rain or snow, you must take care to prevent the moisture from accumulating. And as the winds increase to the point where the unit may blow over or add stress to the structure, you must take down your E-Z UP® Instant Shelter®.

Is the E-Z UP® top waterproof?

All of the shelters we manufacture are water resistant with exception of one, the Embassy. Water resistant will repel the water, but we do not guarantee that the top will not leak. Please keep in mind that our shelters are primarily made to protect you from the sun and provide shade.

How do I return an item purchased here?

Our policy on returns is simple. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how it works:

We delivered the wrong item: If we sent you the wrong merchandise, then we will make good on that order. Simply call or Click here
Your order arrived damaged: We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your merchandise arrived undamaged. Occasionally, the contents get a bit tossed around and bruised up. In the rare case that your merchandise is dented, torn, or otherwise impaired, simply call or Click here
You just do not want to keep your order: It’s hard to imagine that someone would not want to keep their E-Z UP® order, but who are we to judge! If you have changed your mind, we will gladly accept your return and exchange your item for another E-Z UP® product or simply issue you a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. How soon will my order be processed?

Each and every order we receive is important to us. Our customers have made International E-Z UP® the Number One selling brand of Instant Shelters® in the world. We ship Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Almost without exception, if we have your products in stock, your order will ship within 24 hours from placement of order. Custom and out-of-stock orders will be processed as quickly as possible and with the same care that has made International E-Z UP® the top choice throughout the world.

What currency is your pricing based on?

All of our prices are based on US Dollars. We only accept payment in US Dollars.

Custom graphics are our specialty! Our expert Graphics Department can turn your design into an attention-grabbing shelter.
